Pay per signed ticket.
Nothing else.
No subscriptions. No per-seat licences. No onboarding fee. You are charged one flat fee — and only when a job is completed and signed on the machine.
only on completed & signed tickets
Per-ticket for most. Enterprise for fleets.
Solo restaurants, technician companies, and distributors pay a flat fee per signed ticket — self-serve, no seats. Manufacturers and restaurant groups run at fleet scale, so they're priced as enterprise: custom rates, plus intelligence only they can act on.
Per ticket
Restaurants · technician companies · distributors
- Free onboarding — stickers, corpus setup, and accounts cost nothing.
- No seats, no subscriptions, no message counts.
- Charged only on completed & signed tickets.
- Add every location, technician, and manager you want.
Enterprise
Manufacturers · restaurant groups
- Manufacturers: breakdown intelligence — what broke, on which models and years, across every fleet.
- Manufacturers: warranty & parts inbox, corpus and coverage management.
- Groups: fleet oversight — equipment, tickets, service sheets, SLAs, transit metrics.
- Groups: service-company scorecards, consolidated billing, quiet-hours control.
- A negotiated rate that fits the size of your estate.
Two paying parties. One flat fee each.
On the per-ticket tier every signed ticket connects a requester with a service provider, and each side pays one flat fee — only when the job closes. Enterprise parties (manufacturers, restaurant groups) settle at their negotiated rate instead.
The party that needs the work
A restaurant, a managed group, or a distributor honouring a warranty. They open the ticket and confirm the work is done.
The party that does the work
A technician company, or a manufacturer's own service team. They accept the job, diagnose on site and close the ticket.
The fee follows the relationship.
Who the two paying parties are depends on how the location is managed. Enterprise parties (groups, manufacturers) settle at their contract rate; everyone else pays the flat per-ticket fee. Three common cases:
Managed restaurant
Restaurant belongs to a group- Requester pays
- The group (enterprise)
- Provider pays
- The service company
The managed location never sees a bill. The group is an enterprise party, priced by contract.
Independent restaurant
Solo location, no group- Requester pays
- The restaurant itself
- Provider pays
- The service company
The location pays its own requester fee.
Distributor warranty
In-warranty equipment claim- Requester pays
- The distributor
- Provider pays
- The manufacturer's service team (enterprise)
The distributor pays per ticket; the manufacturer settles at its enterprise rate.
What's always true.
Managed restaurants never see billing
When a group manages a location, charges stay with the paying parties. The kitchen crew scans, reports and signs — and never touches a billing surface.
Free onboarding
Stickers, corpus setup and account creation cost nothing. You only ever pay per signed ticket.
No subscriptions, no seats
Add every location, technician and manager you want. There is no monthly fee and no per-user licence — ever.
How and when you're charged.
Simple, predictable, and settled monthly. The details:
Nothing is charged as tickets happen. We total your signed tickets and close the invoice on the 5th of the following month.
If you've saved a card, the monthly total is charged automatically. Otherwise you receive a secure pay link and settle in one tap.
We retry for five days and keep you notified. If it's still unpaid after the fifth failed day, new ticket creation is suspended until the balance clears — existing tickets are never touched.
No. There is no setup fee, no seat fee and no subscription. The per-party signed-ticket fee is the only charge.
Pricing questions.
No. When a group manages a restaurant, the group and the service company are the paying parties. The managed location never sees a bill.

No. Account creation, sticker provisioning and equipment setup are free. You are only ever charged per signed ticket.
Your currency is set by your region — USD for the US and Canada, EUR everywhere else. You always see a single price, never a dual €/$ figure.
The distributor is the requester and the manufacturer's service team is the provider. The distributor pays the flat per-ticket fee; the manufacturer, as an enterprise party, settles at its negotiated rate. The location running the equipment is not billed.
Signed tickets are totalled and invoiced on the 5th of the following month, charged automatically to a saved card or via a secure pay link. Failed payments retry for five days before new tickets are suspended.
