Step 3: The AI searches the knowledge base.
Each AskWhiz bot is connected to a curated knowledge base — manufacturer documentation, technical manuals, service bulletins, and industry standards. The AI searches that knowledge base to find the most relevant information for your question.
Step 4: The bot composes a response.
Using the retrieved documentation, the AI drafts a clear, accurate answer. It's not a template — it understands your question in context and responds naturally, citing relevant specs, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Step 5: The answer arrives in WhatsApp.
