What does Convotherm E41 mean?
Convotherm shows E41 — Sensing module error — on the maxx pro combi oven range. This is a collective sensing-module code: it can flag a ConvoSense module fault, CPU over-temperature, or an incompatible or invalid cookbook. The manual lists these reasons: Functional ConvoSense module error; The ambient temperature is too high; The cooling air volume for the electronics is too low; and others. The control flags the fault and holds the affected function until the message is cleared.
