What does Convotherm E61 mean?
Convotherm shows E61 — Steam saturation error — on the maxx, maxx pro combi oven range. The manual lists this reason: Hygienic plug-in gasket defective - Too much steam is escaping. The control flags the fault and holds the affected function until the message is cleared.
