What does Convotherm E72 mean?
Convotherm shows E72 — Grease removal error (float switch) — on the maxx pro combi oven range. This is a collective grease-removal code: it can flag either the float switch or the grease pump. The manual lists these reasons: Heavy soiling of the drain box, the CS chamber and the grease removal; The float switch is stuck, difficult to move or defective; Drain hose of grease removal system is blocked or grease collection canister is overfilled. The control flags the fault and holds the affected function until the message is cleared.

- The affected function is interrupted until the fault is cleared
