What does Convotherm E82 mean?
E82 indicates a working parameter error. The manual attributes this to problems during the switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, and lists the remedy as checking the settings in the Cookbook or checking the C/F setting in Settings. Unlike the hardware faults, E82 is a configuration issue an operator can usually correct.
