System lockout from too many failed ignition retries — the furnace could not establish or hold flame.

Pressure switch circuit is closed when it should be open — the induced draft blower is not operating.

Pressure switch circuit is not closing while the induced draft blower runs — restricted airflow or a faulty switch.

Primary or auxiliary limit circuit is open — the furnace is overheating from insufficient airflow.

Flame sensed with no call for heat — a short to ground in the flame sense circuit.

Rollout limit open or the integrated control module fuse is blown — possible flame rollout.

Flame sense microamp signal is low — a coated, oxidized, or misaligned flame sensor.

Igniter relay fault — wiring, igniter, grounding, or control module problem.

Twinning fault — twinned furnaces are not wired or relayed together correctly.

Open fuse / no 24V power to the integrated control module — often from a voltage surge.

Igniter open — broken igniter, bad wiring, or poor grounding.

Inducer relay fault — inducer wiring, blockage, grounding, or control module problem.
