What does Electrolux Professional FU01 mean?

FU01 means the SkyLine oven's upper cavity fan motor has drawn excessive current (overcurrent), and the appliance stops. The manual attributes it to friction-related problems in the fan assembly. Restarting may clear it, but if the underlying friction remains the error returns and Service is required.
