Trolley is missing.

What does Unox AF25 mean?
AF25 means the oven cannot detect the trolley. On roll-in models the oven checks that the trolley (rack cart) is correctly inserted and engaged before operating; if the trolley is absent or its presence sensor is not made, the oven raises this alarm and will not start the cycle.
Symptoms
- AF25 shown on the control panel
- Oven refuses to start a cooking cycle
- Alarm clears when the trolley is properly inserted
- Intermittent alarm with a poorly seated trolley
Common causes
- Trolley not inserted or not fully engaged
- Trolley-presence switch or sensor not actuated
- Faulty presence sensor or microswitch
- Wiring fault between the sensor and the board

Diagnostic steps
Insert the trolley correctly
Push the trolley fully into the oven so it is properly engaged, then retry the cycle.
Check the presence switch
Verify the trolley-presence switch or sensor is actuated when the trolley is in place.
Test the sensor
With power off, check the presence sensor or microswitch operation and replace it if it does not switch reliably.
Inspect the wiring
Check and restore the wiring between the presence sensor and the control board.
When to call a professional
AF25 is often resolved by reseating the trolley. If the alarm persists with the trolley correctly inserted, the presence sensor or its wiring is likely at fault, which requires opening the oven and testing with a multimeter — have a qualified Unox technician complete that diagnosis.
