Automation AI is a mobile-first HVAC fault scanner — you point your phone at equipment, it tries to diagnose. We built AskWhiz with a different bet: the technician already has WhatsApp open, already types faster than they tap through app menus, and already chats with their dispatcher there. Pulling out a separate app and a camera adds steps. Typing 'Daikin U4 error' into WhatsApp is the fastest path to an answer.
