We built AskWhiz with a different bet: the technician already has WhatsApp open, already chats with their dispatcher there, and the machine already wears an AskWhiz QR sticker that identifies it exactly. Scan, and the assistant inside the ticket already knows the brand, model, and service history — no guessing from a photo.
