What does Dixell/Copeland AEP1 mean?
The AEP1 alarm on the Dixell IC100CX EVO iChill controller is an evaporator water pump 1 maintenance reminder. It activates when Evaporator Pump 1 has accumulated operating hours exceeding the configured maintenance interval. This is a non-locking warning — the pump and compressor continue to operate normally. AEP2 is the equivalent alarm for Evaporator Pump 2.
