What does Manitowoc Ice E07 mean?

Code E07 is the starving-TXV / low-on-charge fault. The board compared the average evaporator inlet (T3) and outlet (T4) temperatures and saw a spread greater than 12°F on ten consecutive checks — the signature of an evaporator being fed too little refrigerant, either because the TXV is underfeeding or the system is short on charge.
