What does Unox AM01 mean?
AM01 is a chamber temperature probe alarm on the Slowtop accessory. The probe measuring the Slowtop chamber temperature has failed or is disconnected, so the Slowtop stops to avoid uncontrolled heating. The main oven can still be used while the Slowtop is in alarm.
