Gas fumes probe board communication error.
Source: Unox/Unox_XACC-0513-EPLM_ServiceManualAll_CommercialKitchen.pdf
What does Unox WF30 mean?
WF30 is a communication error with the gas fumes probe board. The control can no longer communicate with the board that handles the combustion fumes probe, so it cannot monitor fumes temperature. As a warning the oven continues with reduced function while flagging the lost communication.
Symptoms
- WF30 warning on a gas oven
- Fumes monitoring unavailable
- Warning recurs during gas operation
- Possible related fumes warnings
Common causes
- Loose or faulty cable to the fumes probe board
- Fumes board fault
- Connector problem at the board
- Power issue to the fumes board

Test the cable
Measure continuity of the communication cable with a multimeter.
Replace the board
Replace the fumes probe board if communication cannot be restored and retest.
When to call a professional
WF30 is on a gas appliance and involves the combustion-fumes electronics. Diagnosing the fumes board and its wiring should be done by a technician qualified to service gas appliances; do not return the oven to full gas operation until fumes monitoring is restored.
