What does Manitowoc Ice E12 mean?
Code E12 is the curtain-switch fault: the water-curtain switch circuit has read open for more than 12 hours.
Symptoms
- Machine idle with E12 after sitting for hours
- Water curtain visibly ajar, damaged or removed
- Bin-full behavior wrong (machine won't restart after ice removal)
