What does Coreco noP mean?

On the Coreco controller (Dixell XW30/XW60/XW70), noP is a display message: in programming it means no parameter is present in the Pr1 user menu, and on the display (or in dP2/dP3/dP4) it means the selected probe is not enabled.

Symptoms

  • Display shows noP in the Pr1 menu (no user parameters)
  • noP when trying to view a probe that is not enabled

Common causes

  • No parameters moved to the Pr1 user level
  • The selected probe (P2/P3/P4) is not enabled/fitted

Diagnostic steps

  1. 01

    Understand the message

    noP is informational, not a fault: either Pr1 has no parameters, or the probe you tried to display is not enabled.

  2. 02

    Enable the probe or use the hidden menu

    To read a probe, enable it in the configuration; to see all parameters, use the Pr2 hidden menu.

Unit parameter reading (data) error — saved configuration data error

Operating parameter reading (data) error — manual reset

Defrost ended by timeout — last defrost stopped on maximum duration, not on temperature

dF

Defrost running — status message shown during a defrost cycle (not an alarm)

CHt

Dirty-condenser warning/alarm — pre-alarm (cht) between Ac-AE and Ac, then alarm (CHt) when Ac is exceeded and refrigeration stops (manual reset)
